Executive summary:
The project is founded with a view to helping “Dreamer912” – an online clothing business in
terms of brand awareness and customers’ insights. There are four main tasks in the project:
making surveys, designing infographics, popularizing the brand through social media
platforms, offering insightful solution according to the processing stages including data
analyzing, adapting and so on. Each task serves a particular purpose and is divided among
team members to meet the media timeline set up by the business manager. Although we
encountered several challenges along the way, we managed to reach certain achievements.
Organizational background
Dreamer912 is an online fashion store offering women clothing like jewelries, handbags, heels,
dresses, etc. Founded in 2019 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, its view is to provide luxurious yet
affordable pieces of clothing to customer. To strengthen relationships between buyers and
providers, Dreamer912 fashion is based on quality and professionalism, with the core of
objective of bringing the best female fashion clothing at the fairest price. However, being a fresh
business in today’s competitive market, its approach to customers was not satisfactory.
Project Description
Our group assisted the business in running the upcoming Christmas sale program. This event
aimed to target customers who feel the need to shop during Christmas or the end of the year as
well as growing customer gratitude for supporting the shop since its initiation. Our group has
made survey on customers’ behavior towards various products and offer responsive strategies to
match nowadays’ tendency.

Achievement
- Complete the infographic design. The infographic has attracted 1134 viewers, 163 reactions, 17
comments, 8 shares.
- Based on the answers of the online survey, completely made a useful sale strategy.
- Based on the customer’s reviews and needs, suggested one more shoes sale extension event on
30/12/2020.
- The number of viewers has increased 70% since the project started (96 likes on 24/12/2020,
161 likes on 31/12/2020). (5)
- Collected feedbacks and opinions of customers about shopping patterns. The information
helped to prepare well for the following strategies.
Future improvement
- Use one color as the theme for the event so that all the posts are aligned and the event would be
easier to be recognized.
- The survey should be more well-organized and through more means of media including offline.
- Proper style of communicating in both social networking sites and customer service.
