Retail Strategy:

 Distribution Type:
The flatware will be distributed by using indirect distribution mode. The product will send to
retailers by the distributors, wholesaler and Cash and Carry. The product will be available in
Grocery Classification. But it will not be distributed to Convenience Outlets and Horeca
Outlets because the product belongs to cutlery category which has nothing to do in these two
types of store categories.
 Grocery Classification:
The product will be available in all types of grocery classification; Discounter, Hypermarket,
General Store and Supermarket. The product is available in a wide range which serves
customers from middle class to upper class. That’s why the product will be kept in all stores to
serve all these customers.
 Location:
The product will be available in cutlery sections of Grocery Classification which are situated
on the main locations of Karachi like Imtiaz Super Market, Carrefour, Metro etc. Toys are also
available on electronic platforms like daraz to purchase online which is available for 24 hours.

 Product Placement:
The product will be placed in cutlery section on the middle section so that customers can
easily approach the product. In Discounter, the product will be place in a separate section of Kiwi
Flatware where different promotions and discount offers will be given to customers like buy one
get one free or 20% off etc.
