Few- Sammy
Woodcliff- Graham

Location for Event:

Please list where you are assigned for your event.
Asbury circle

Overall Plan:
Provide a description of the event you would like to host. Please include a catchy title if you
have one, how you will utilize the space, which audience you are targeting, and how the full two
hours will be taken up.

We would like to host minute to win it style mini games where people can compete with their
friends or solo to win small prizes. The space will be utilized by having different tables set of
with some of the different mini games, and people can choose what game they want to
participate in. We will be giving out some snacks and small prizes throughout the two hours.
The mini games vary in difficulty, and will be engaging to most any group since we have several
mini games to choose from.

Collaborations:
For every organization you would like to collaborate with, please provide the following
information. You are allowed to collaborate with as many organizations as you would like.

Name of Organization 1: Quiz Bowl

Contact Information: elijah.aaron.ozbat@emory.edu

Responsibilities/Tasks You Expect from the Organization:

Include what you would like for them to do at the event and whether you expect them to bring
specific equipment or anything with them or if you can provide it.

Help host some of the mini games, and possibly help out with funding if possible. Contribute to
staffing some of the events, but mostly their own trivia type events.

How is the Event Beneficial to Them?

Essentially, when emailing organizations for potential collaborations, you want to be able to tell
them why the event would be beneficial to them.
The event can get their club more popular, and give them a means to collaborate with another
group, hopefully growing their club.

Name of Organization 2: Brotherhood of Afrocentric Men

Contact Information: Ousaf Moqeet. Email: ousaf.moqeet@emory.edu

Responsibilities/Tasks You Expect from the Organization:

Include what you would like for them to do at the event and whether you expect them to bring
specific equipment or anything with them or if you can provide it.

Funding for food options, help bring community awareness to the Brotherhood of Afrocentric
Men, want them to participate in the games we have and potentially bring some equipment for us

How is the Event Beneficial to Them?

Essentially, when emailing organizations for potential collaborations, you want to be able to tell
them why the event would be beneficial to them.

The Brotherhood of Afrocentric Men being able to cooperate with a respected organization like
RHA would help BAM in generating interest within the organization and help creating
connections from other organizations. Knowing BAM very well, it would help to have a
partnership where more people can learn about BAM, and they can help bring some equipment
that we may need.

Please find a time to meet with the VP of Programming of the other hall you will be
working with and fill out this form. Once you are done, please email it back to me at
anpate9@emory.edu . I will let you know if there is anything that we may need to adjust &
then you are free to email these organizations! 
