Question 01 : What do you understand by marketing and what are the
important steps of marketing?
Marketing refers to activities a company undertakes to promote the buying or
selling of a product or service. Marketing includes advertising, selling, and
delivering products to consumers or other businesses.
Marketing is the process of getting potential clients or customers interested in your
products and services. The key word in this definition is "process".
Common examples of marketing at work include television commercials, billboards
on the side of the road, and magazine advertisements.

Question 02 : What is a professional service ?
A professional service is an intangible product that a contractor or product vendor
sells to help a customer manage a specific part of their business.
Because professional service providers have specialized knowledge about niche
areas of interest, such as law, marketing or accounting,etc. Unlike a consultant, who
may only be responsible for providing advice, a professional service provider may
also be responsible for the end result.
Professional services firms exist in many different industries. They include lawyers,
advertising professionals, architects, accountants, financial advisers, engineers,
and consultants, among others.
