a) Activity
The students will be divided into four groups. Every group will have to
execute the different fitness tests (Flexibility, Endurance and Strength,
Muscular Strength and agility, speed, coordination)
b) Analysis
Based on the activity, the students are asked to answer the following:
1. The students will put check the column that best describes the result
of their physical fitness test
2. What physical fitness test you considered hard?
