Motivation The teacher will be showing different physical fitness test D. Developmental of the Lesson a) Activity The students will be divided into four groups. Every group will have to execute the different fitness tests (Flexibility, Endurance and Strength, Muscular Strength and agility, speed, coordination) b) Analysis Based on the activity, the students are asked to answer the following: 1. The students will put check the column that best describes the result of their physical fitness test 2. What physical fitness test you considered hard? Concept notes: A. Flexibility Sit and Reach B. Endurance and Strength “Crunches” sit-ups C. Muscular Strength Pull -ups D. Agility, Speed, Coordination Touchdown c) Abstraction The students will ask these questions: 1. What does Physical fitness test do to our body? 2. What is the importance of this physical Fitness tests? d) Application / Assessment Guide questions: How was your level of flexibility determined?
