Consultant Fee Manual Preparation Service Contract Agreement

November 18, 2014 Between TT Engineering and Consultancy Plc. & Perfect Plan Consult A/E Plc.

CONTRACT AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made the 18th day of the month of November 2014 between TT
Engineering and Consultancy Plc. (hereinafter called the “Client”) and Perfect Plan
Consulting Architects & Engineers Plc. (hereinafter called the Consultant).

WHEREAS

The Client has requested the consultant to provide Consultant Fee Manual Preparation
service.

NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows:

(a) The Consultant shall carry out the Services which include
 Architectural and Engineering Design Consultant Fee Manual;
 Construction Management, Construction Supervision and
Construction Contract Administration Consultant Fee Manual;
and,
(b) The Client shall pay the Consultant the Contract Price of Ethiopian Birr
15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand and 00/100) including VAT upon
submission of the manual.

IN WITNESS WHERE OF, the Parties hereto have caused this Contract to be signed in their
respective names as of the day and year first above written.
