FORM OF TENDER

TENDER FOR in accordance with the drawings as listed in Appendix “A” and any other
detail supplied in amplification thereof.

Copies of the Contract Agreement, the above Drawings and Specification may be seen at
the place specified in the Tender Notice during office hours on any working day until the
final date for the submission of tenders.

(1) I/We, the undersigned, am/are willing to contract for and perform the whole of the
Works for in accordance with the Conditions of Contract, Drawings,
Specifications and Bill of Quantities prepared by Client, Civil and Structural
Engineer, Dr Y G Tan Jurutera Perunding Sdn Bhd to the entire satisfaction of
your Superintending Officer (S.O.) for the following sums :-

(3) Should any arithmetical errors be found in my/our Bills resulting in either a nett
addition to or a nett deduction of the said Tendered Sums. I/We agree to a
percentage adjustment, and in any case I/We agree to abide by the above
Tendered Sums.

(4) I am/We are willing and contract to complete the whole of the said Works as
follows, upon being given possession of the site :-

TENDER ‘A’ - Based on Client’s stipulated fixed completion.

(5) Whereas it is understood that you reserve to yourself the right to accept or to
refuse this tender, whether it be lower or higher than any tender, or of the same
amount, I/We agree that this tender shall remain valid and shall not be withdrawn
within one hundred and twenty (120) days from the final date for submission of
tenders.

(6) I/We confirm that I/We have taken into account in my/our Tender the following
Addenda to the Tender Documents :-

(7) If my/our Tender is accepted, I/We will within seven (7) days of the receipt of the
Letter of Acceptance or within such additional times as may be allowed by the
Client, submit the Performance Bond.

(8) I/We agree that the full amount of the Tender Bond shall be forfeited to CGPV
INDUSTRIAL BUILDING SYSTEM SDN BHD in the event I/We, within the period
of which the tender shall remain open, withdraw my/our tender or upon being
awarded the contract, I/We refuse to proceed with the works or to sign the
contract or to provide the Performance Bond.

(9) I/We confirm after personal scrutiny that the documents and drawings used by
me/us in compiling this tender are true copies of the documents and drawings
included in the Tender Table Documents.
