• Both parties want to understand the relationship between sales and profit and see if

there are opportunities for efficiencies in handling discounts.

What

• The data source is an Excel workbook with three worksheets (Orders, People, Returns)

• The data includes orders from between 2011-2014

• Data will be presented in a single frame visualization and a multi-slide power point

presentation.

• The presentation will be only 5-7 min, so it should be a concise, top-line presentation.

Why

• Sylvia would like to convey to the board topline information on Superstore’s sales,

discounts, and profits.
