Quezon City has fully paid his obligation in purchasing 60 Brand new units
of Motorcycle without its Certificate of Stock Report(CSR) to Racal
Motorsales Corp., with its office address at 157 c Arthur Highway
Lolomboy, Bocaue, Bulacan, in the amount of Eight Hundred Fourty
Thousand pesos only (Php 840,000.00).

That the above name has been cleared of all outstanding balance in
the company and no obligation to pay thereof.

This certificate was issued for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
