Demolition Agreement

On this day, October 1, 2020, Antonio S. Soriano and Racal Group of Companies hereby

agree to the following terms:

That Racal Group of Companies is the legal, rightful owner of the property situated in
(Address) and is desiring of its immediate demolition.

That Antonio S. Soriano  will demolish the Property where it currently stands

for {amount}. {Contractor} agrees to raze, clear, and remove debris from the requested
property for a total of Php 200,000.00.

{Contractor} agrees to perform the demolition at the Property location provided

using {his/her} own equipment and materials that are neither toxic nor
hazardous. {Contractor} agrees to begin on {date} and complete demolition by {date}.
