STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM :

A Businessman Mr.Romulo Dumaguit bought a parcel of land, A Corner Lot to build A 3-Storey Single Attached as A
gift for his daughter Ms.Lena Dumaguit when she arrives from London,UK. To maximize the space, Mr.Dumaguit
wanted to use A firewall along the longest side of the lot. To maximize the space wisely, he hired A well-known
Architect, Arch.Dominador De leon to prepare the Architectural Plans.

PROJECT SITE FEATURES :

The Lot Area is 10.00 meter wide frontage by 15.00 meter depth. A 10.00 meter RROW is at the Southern part of the
lot, and the 8.00 meter RROW is at the Western part of the lot. It has A 2.83 meter by 2.83 meter truncated leg at the
lot corner.

DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS :
1. Observe the proper setbacks prescribed by the NBC.
2. The Building must be properly ventilated.
3. Design must secure the property of the client.
