Project Description
• A proposed single storey strip mall is located in a
barangay in Lipa with a total lot area of 235 sqm.
Strip mall floor plans are commercial building
designed to accommodate multiple businesses,
retail spaces or offices. They feature various store
fronts that are visible from a parking lot or
roadway and are commonly constructed in a
developed areas where there is a need for space to
accommodate local businesses. Strip mall buildings
are available in various styles and range in size.
They typically accommodate three or more tenants
and feature glass store fronts and separate entries
for each tenant.
Project Description
• The structure is a single storey with
provisions for 2nd floor, no roofing will
be provided. Only slab provided with
roof drain and waterproofing..

General Note for Construction

a) All applicable provisions of the different divisions of the

Specifications for each work shall apply for all items cited in this
schedule.

b) Discrepancy arising from the Specifications and the Contract

Document must be brought to the attention of the Owner whose
decision shall be final.

c) All items with specified approved brand, manufacturer, supplier,

fabricator, trademark and the like shall be strictly followed.
General Note for Construction
d) The Contractor shall coordinate the work with the Owner to
expedite the implementation of the project.

e) The Contractor shall supply all finishing accessories and

furnishing fixtures as may be approved by the Owner and
shall be installed by the Contractor whenever required by the
Owner.
