Kitchen Rules:
1. Do not throw leftover food in the sink to avoid clogging. Declogging will be charged to tenants.
2. Save Water. Always close the faucet when not in use. Report to owner any types of leak.

Bathroom Rules:
1. Save Water. Always close the faucet when not in use.
2. Report to owner any leak and toilet flush leak.
3. Do not throw tissue paper, and any kind of sanitary waste in the toilet bowl.

Premises & Room Rules:

1. Save Energy. Switch off lights when not in use.
2. All kinds of Vandalism is prohibited.
3. No smoking in the premises and inside the room.
4. Take care of your belongings, the owner is not liable for any lost of your personal belongings.
5. Avoid loud noise.
6. Keep the gate closed at all times.
7. Pets are not allowed.
8. Garbage segregation is highly implemented. Use proper disposal.
