    WELCOME TO DIANE KHATES’ TRANSIENT

    HOUSE
    May All Who Enter As Guests,
    Leave As Friend.

    Guidelines:
    1. Feel free to ask the owner for your needs. You may
    contact: 0939-9187126 look for Martina.

    2. NO SMOKING inside the house and responsible


    smoking in the veranda is permissible. However,
    please be responsible to dispose cigarette butts.
    3. No pets allowed.

    4. Observe minimal noise at night. ( 10Pm onwards) Be


    kind to our neighbors.

    5. Switch off lights and close water faucet when not in


    use.
    6. Observe waste segregation ( NO SEGREGATION NO
    COLLECTION POLICY OF THE CITY )

    7. Close the gas tanks after cooking.


    8. If needed to put decors for birthday, anniversary and
    the like celebrations, please inform the owner.

    9. ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES STRICTLY PROHIBITED
