    House rules
    Liquor
    - No drinking of liquor inside the premises.
    Smoking
    – No smoking inside the unit. (Permissible in the
    veranda)Smoke alarm might be triggered.
    Noise
    – Strictly no extra noises 7pm onwards
    GARBAGE
    – Segregate your garbage’s properly (Segregate bio-
    degradable to non-biodegradable)
    - Do not pour used cooking oils in the sink. Dump it
    in the given jar.
    Toilet
    - No flushing of napkins, tissues, plastics inside the
    bowl. Dispose at the right trashbin.
    Pets
    - NO PETS ALLOWED

    PLEASE DON’T BRING ANY ITEMS WITH YOU THAT


    IS IN THE UNIT PRIOR TO YOUR CHECKING IN. SUCH
    AS TOWELS, UTENSILS, LINENS, BLANKETS, AND
    APPLIANCES. EVERYTHING IS PROVIDED FOR YOUR
    MEASURES BUT DON’T TAKE IT FROM US.
    SCRATCHED WALLS, MISSING ITEMS OR
    DESTROYED ONCE WILL BE CHARGED UPON CHECK
    OUT.
