I. REQUIREMENTS

II. PAYMENTS
 Payment schedule on time
 Payment of Water & Electric is a must
III. RULES AND REGULATIONS
 Follow curfew hour (12:00 MN gate is locked).
 9:00PM visitor will be out.
 Strictly “NO SMOKING/NO DRINKING LIQOUR beyond curfew hour.
 Lost KEYS must be paid P500.00.
 Observe “CLEANLINESS” don’t throw/leave your garbage anywhere.
 Keep your garbage properly, provide your own garbage sack/bag.
 Garbage disposal every Friday morning outside highway.
 Maintain your room neat & clean to avoid moist and molds.
 Avoid children on writing the walls “Strictly NO Decorative stickers” (Penalty
P2,000.00)
 Maintain toilet wall &floor tiles clean & white.
 Avoid toilet bowl yellowish molds inside out.
 Toilet door must be brush & clean after bath, do not leave your shampoo/soap
dry and dirty marks.
 Don’t throw spoiled food in the sink to avoid drainage clogging.
 Leftover/spoiled food should throw separately.
 Family/parents can stay maximum of 3 days only.
 Hang your laundry at the designated area.
 Door knobs &locks should used properly don’t play kids.
 Busted bulbs, damage locks &faucets must be replaced by the renters.
 Beware of “NOISE/LOUD SOUNDS”.
 Food grilling outside, TINA-E sa isda must cooked (don’t throw in the garbage).
 Ask permission for nailing/carpentry matters.
 Urinating anywhere is prohibited. (use your own toilet).
 BAWAL MANGLUWA BISAN ASA (use your toilet)
 Hiposa ang mga sinilhig, ayaw ihulog sa gawas (keep it in your garbage sacks)
 Wallpaper décor is not allowed.
 Butane, Gasullette are not allowed to avoid fire & leak.
 No to illegal gambling illegal drugs
 Entrance gate should be close after you come and go.
 Always bring your KEY as you go out, NO security guard to open the gate for
you.
 Follow your assign light schedule outside your terrace.
