ROOM

1. Bring necessary personal belongings only and avoid storing of too many items in the room

2. Keep your room tidy at all times. Room cleaning is a joint responsibility of all roommates.

· The less items you bring in, the lesser items to clean and arrange

· A couple of minutes of sweeping of the floor everyday, helps the dust go away

· Be sensitive to the limits of your space, be tidy always

· If possible, kindly avoid hanging undergarments in your room and rest room

3. Food and drinks is not allowed inside the room

· It helps avoid pests (rats, ants, cockroaches, etc.)

· Water and liquid is main enemy of wooden flooring, we don’t want it wet

· Best to eat and drink at the dining or kitchen area

7. Always use earphones for your laptop or mobile, specially in common areas.

BED

1. Kindly keep your bed tidy at all times

2. Do not overcharge your gadgets to avoid excessive heat that could cause fire, overcharging gadgets is also a waste of electricity

3. Remove gadgets from plugs specially when leaving

4. Clean/change your bedsheets, pillow covers, at least once a month

5. Avoid unneccessary movements when about to sleep

6. If snoring, best to consult a doctor as soon as possible, it could be a symptom of a serious health condition, aside from being a possible
7. Bring eye covers and earplugs (noise reduction plugs) if lights or sounds easily wakes you up, this is to help you sleep better.

BATHROOM

1. Use restroom for a maximum of 15-20 minutes during peak hours

2. Flush properly

3. Clean the restroom every use, pick up hair and any other dirt and throw it to the trash

4. Damp towels must be hanged and dried outside the sun to avoid smell build up in the room or restroom

5. If trash inside the rest room is full, kindly take initiative to take it outside the house and kindly put at the trash bin, everyone is expec

6. Keep the bathroom floor dry, by mopping it before going out.

7. Make sure your feet is dry before going to the room, specially if your room flooring is made of wood.

8. Please conserve water always as our contribution to the on-going water crisis.

9. Kindly re-fill all water buckets whenever there is water from the faucet.

10. Always turn-off the faucet when leaving, not being used or when there is no water coming out.

11. You may manually wash clothes, just ensure to keep the place dry after, and not allow drippings to wet the floor.

ELECTRICITY: FREE OF CHARGE

KITCHEN

1. Clean as you go: Pots, Utensils, Stove, Peelings, Dining Table, etc.

· Always pay full-attention when cooking

· Turn off the LPG when not in use

· LPG contribution is 50php per month per user

· Use stove when heating water, do not use electric pot, unless there’s no more LPG

3. Water Purifier must be refilled when container shows low level

4. You may use the ice makers in the freezer, just refill them with water from the purifier after

GENERAL HOUSE RULES


1. Everyone is to live in peace and actively create peace and order here at home.

2. No bringing of illegal items inside the house. No illegal activities allowed. No gambling.

3. Remove your shoes outside before entering home. Minimizes risk of spreading dirt and germs on our floors.

4. Home cleaning is the responsibility of everyone. We can hire a weekly/bi-monthly cleaner and divide the cost equally if needed to avo

SECURITY

1. Keep your belongings safe and secure always. We are not responsible for your loss.

PAYMENT AND TERMS

1. Minimum stay is 2 months, unless negotiated and agreed

3. First come first serve basis only, reservation maybe paid to secure your spot for only seven (7) days maximum upon receipt, otherwis

4. 2 months advance must be paid up prior or on the day of move-in. It is non-refundable and fully consumable.

6. Date of agreed start day is the payment due date per month. Payment is only through BDO or BPI deposit/online transfer
