THE GRADE 7 STUDENT SEMINAR

C-C-C AGREEMENTS
The student seminar is an official school activity.
All school rules apply as if we were on Southridge grounds.
Concern
1. Make safetyyour own and your batch matesforemost on your mind.
2. Mind the schedule of activities. Take note of announcements. Do not do anything different from the
scheduled activity. Be where you are supposed to be at the designated time. Your not being present
will alarm your teachers and group mates.
3. Report any physical injury to the nurse for immediate treatment.
4. Remember your medicine schedule. Never take medicine on your own. Always approach the nurse
for guidance before ingesting any medication.
5. You are in the outdoors. Watch where you step. Be alert. Be careful with what you touch. Do not
feed, pet or provoke animals. Do not pick fruits or flowers.

Courtesy
6. If you need to do something other than the scheduled activity (e.g. go to the room or restroom),
always ask for permission from a teacher or from your Team Leader.
7. Be courteous to everyone you meet.
8. The following are prohibited:
a. Trespassing into another room
b. Rough play and activities that have the potential for injury
c. Curse words and vulgar language
9. Follow the lights out schedule. Do nothing after lights out, except using the washroom.
10. Report any misbehavior to a teacher.

Cleanliness
11. Clean up after every activity. Everyone, without any exception, is to be involved in keeping order
and cleanliness. The marshals will inspect cleanliness, but they are not the only ones who will clean.
12. Keep bedrooms neat and orderly. Keep bathrooms dry.
13. Clean up after meals.
14. Throw your garbage in the trash can.
15. Report any damages (e.g. faucet leaks, broken door knob, etc.) to a teacher.
