IF YOU AGREE WITH THESE CONDITIONS PLEASE SIGN & RETURN THIS COPY WITH
PAYMENT. PLEASE NOTE THAT PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE
1. You must arrange how to access the key with the office during the week before the party. You need to
provide your own tea towels, bin bags and take your rubbish home with you.
2. Please do not arrive before the allotted time.
3. The car park has limited space. Please remind your guests not to cause obstructions in the road.
4. Please make yourself familiar with emergency exits and position of fire extinguishers.
5. You are responsible for the well being of everyone who attends your event. You are also responsible for
damage caused by anyone attending your event.
6. On arrival please check the rooms and report any damage to the office (answer phone).
7. First Aid kits can be found in the kitchen, coffee bar and foyer.
8. Please do not take food or drink into the Sports Hall.
9. Please respect other users property.
10. Please do not place anything other than clean recyclable items in the recycling bins.

Before you leave the building, please.

a. Leave the rooms as you would wish to find them. Cleaning items can be found as follows; broom by the
kitchen door, hoover at the top of the stairs, mop/bucket in the disabled toilet.. A cleaning charge will
be made if the premises are not left in a clean and tidy state.
b. Put chairs and tables back neatly where you found them.
c. Mop up any spillages; wipe oven and microwave if used. Check toilets and flush if necessary.
d. Switch off all lights, check windows are closed.
e. Please lock doors and return the key to the security box.
f. Please ensure that you vacate the rooms by the agreed time.
