Welcome Address

Superintendent of Davao del Norte Dr. Dee D. Silva CESO V represented by
_________________. To the faculty and Staff of Datu Jose A. Libayao Memorial
National High headed by Ma’am Christine E. Paulican to my fellow graduates and
completers, parents good morning. My task this morning is to welcome you to our 5 th
Senior High School Commencement Exercises and 7 th Junior High School Moving
Up in our 1st face to face graduation ceremony.
When our school opened this academic year 2021-2022 regardless of this
pandemic we did not expect the change we would encounter by the choice we
made. Many students struggle in learning and most of the teachers struggle in
teaching. Many of us lost hope that we can still do it were doubted ourselves
because of the hardship we felt. We also thought of dropping this year but because
of the help of our teachers, friends, ourselves and of course our family most specially
the help of our supporting parents we all succeeded. Here we are now moving on to
the next level of our lives. It has been a honor to be part of Datu Jose A. Libayao
Memorial National High School family and even a greater blessing to be surrounded
by this remarkable and precious people batch 2022.
I know this batch struggle so much because of the pandemic we encountered
even at this moment but it’s not the deterrent to stop dreaming. The memories and
friendship that we had in this institution. To our teachers who serve as our second
parents who never give up on us. This graduation is the collaborative effort of my
classmates, schoolmates, teachers and parents. We are also that we experience
face to face classes even if it’s just a short period of time.
Today I invite and welcome you to witness our first face to face Graduation
ceremony. Datu Jose A. Libayao Memorial National High School as they producing
another globalized and competitive student. Thank you to those who are here to
witness and celebrate with us this special occasion of class 2022. We really
appreciate all of you for guiding us along the way in playing a major role in shaping
each one of us into the person that we are today.
