RULES TO BE FOLLOWED

BY TENANTS OF THIS HOUSE

1. We are requiring those who want to occupy the room, to pay

the amount of ten thousand pesos (P10,000.00), as one month
deposit and one month advance (paying).
2. The individual who occupy this room is limited only three to
four persons. Visitors are allowed for only few hours to visit.
Pets are allowed but proper hygiene is to followed by the proper
disposal of their waste. Pets like dogs allowed only in your room
to stay.
3. Proper disposal of waste garbage is strictly implemented and
should be followed by tenants.
4. Karaoke is allowed only from 9AM up to 10PM of the day.
Safety of the family members is their responsibility and not of
the home owner.
5. Tenants who create unnecessary noise that can disturb the
other people are not allowed to stay here.
6. Drinking of alcoholic liquor is allowed in their room, only in
moderation.
7. Tenant who have their motor vehicles are allowed in-front of
the building, but not along the road. If they want to park their
motor vehicles inside the house, they have for the safety
keeping. Cars or four wheels vehicles are not allowed.
8. Maintaining cleanliness of their area is the responsibility of
the tenant.
9. Tenants who do not follow these rules are not allowed to stay
in this house.

We hope that everyone follows these set of rules between the

tenant and the home owner.
