Employment Reference for Mr. Andrew De Asis.

This is to certify that Mr. Andrew De Asis has employed with us as a Welder
Technician, working from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM six days a week at Al-Omran Industries
& Trading Co. in Al Kharj Riyadh Saudi Arabia on November 8, 2012 to November 18,
2014.

Some of Mr. De Asis primary duties includes:

 Assigned as full welder in fabrication area
 Full welding of Carbon Steel Tubular
 Fabricate and full weld beam clip of warehouse rack
 Full welding of stainless box for freezer project using TIG process
 Fabricate and full weld frame of pallet rack
 Assigned as welder fabricator for horizontal and vertical support of warehouse
rack

Mr. De Asis monthly compensation is SAR 1000 plus SAR 200 allowance.

This certification is being issued upon the request of Mr. De Asis for whatever legal
purposes it may serve.
