INTERNAL REGULATIONS FOR APARTMENT BUILDING

1. Noise
a. All neighbors are required to walk in the common areas of the building in an orderly
and SILENT manner. When going up or down the stairs, do so quietly and be careful
not to TOUCH with your shoes.
b. Do not listen to loud music, if you want to do so, use headphones and respect your
neighbors.
c. From 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. there should be absolutely NO NOISE that could disturb the
sleep of other residents. AVOID WEARING HIGH HEELS INSIDE YOUR
APARTMENT.

2. Pets
a. It is NOT PERMITTED to have pets in any of the apartments, being small
apartments, whether dogs, cats or birds (parakeets, parrots, etc.) whose barking,
meowing or chirping may disturb the tranquility of the neighbors.
b. Worse still is the smell of their feces and urine.

3. Cleaning and Maintenance


a. Each apartment will be responsible for the daily cleaning and weekly waxing of the
entrance floor in front of its door and TWO flights of stairs down, plus the landing in
between.
If you or a member of your household causes a flight of stairs that you are not
responsible for cleaning to become dirty, it is your responsibility to clean it and leave
it as it should be.
b. Every six weeks it will be the turn of each department to clean (sweep and mop with
a damp cloth) the laying area.
c. The windows in front of the door of each apartment should be cleaned weekly, both
the glass and the metal structures.
In the case of the second floor, it is your responsibility to clean the doors and
windows leading to the entrance passageway, both inside and outside, glass and
metal structures.
d. Hanging clothes on balconies or shaking rugs or carpets on the balcony is not
allowed.
e. The possession of anything that stinks or emanates toxic fumes is prohibited.
f. The care of the intercom, lamps in the stairwells and the electric lock on the main
door is the responsibility of the tenants.

4. Jobs
When ANY INDOLE work is performed, this work must be done from 9:00 am to 5:00
pm Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

5. Common areas
a. It is forbidden to leave waste and objects that damage the environment of the site.
b. All residents are entitled to use the clothesline area, for which their clothes must be
collected within 24 hours after hanging them out to dry.
c. It is strictly forbidden to eat, smoke and leave garbage in the common areas.

6. Security
a. The main door must always be closed.
b. Nothing should be left to obstruct the passage in front of the main door or on the
stairs of the building.
c. It is forbidden to give access keys to the main entrance to people outside the
building, the use is strictly for residents only.

7. Children
Children may not play on stairs, landings, or laundry areas.

8. Solid waste
a. Garbage must be taken out daily at the timetable established by the District
Municipality of Wanchaq.
b. For reasons of hygiene, sanitation and safety of all residents, garbage should be
wrapped in plastic bags, properly tied, so that nothing escapes while it is being
removed.

9. Environmental Protection
a. Smoking is prohibited in the common areas of the building.
b. THE USE OF PYROTECHNICS is TOTALLY PROHIBITED inside the building or in
the entrance passageway to the building.

10. USE OF CLOTHESLINES


a. All residents are entitled to use the clothesline area, for which their clothes must be
collected within 24 hours after hanging them out to dry.
b. In order for clothes to dry more quickly, they should be hung straight and on hooks
(do not hang them folded).
c. Respect the clothing of others, if a line is occupied do not touch that clothing.
d. Do not hang out clothes that are dripping with water, wring them out in your
apartment before going upstairs to hang them out.
e. Respect your neighbors, as you want them to respect you.

11. Golden Rule


a. Remember that your right ends where the right of others begins.
b. Avoid problems or arguments of all kinds with your neighbors, simply send a Text
Message to the Administrator at . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
c. Any violation of the rules may result in the cancellation of the lease.
