When you first heard about Yonanas®, were you skeptical?

You probably thought there was just no way that frozen bananas
and other fruits could be reincarnated into a healthy “ice cream”
you could eat anytime. It just sounds crazy!

Well, we were skeptical too! When we first started experimenting


with healthy desserts, we weren’t sure we’d be able to create
something that would replace our craving for ice cream—a
craving that so many of us have. But the daily temptation for
sweet treats kept us going until… Yonanas was born. It also
inspired us to create fun, healthy, delicious and sometimes
decadent Yonanas desserts!

All of us at Yonanas hope that these recipes will inspire you


to make healthier dessert choices, as well as to try your own
creations: the possibilities for Yonanas treats are endless.
The only limit is your imagination!

Ingredients: coconut chai
2 frozen over-ripe bananas
3/4 cup frozen seedless watermelon Ingredients:

To help hold shape, scoop the yonanas into

Stovetop: Fill a pan with water and set a bowl over the water
bath (medium heat). Put the chips and oil into the bowl stirring
frequently until melted. Drizzle over Yonanas immediately.

Microwave: Melt the chips and coconut oil in a bowl at 50%


power, stirring every 15-30 seconds until they are completely
melted. Drizzle over Yonanas immediately.

in their juices

Directions:
1 ) Scoop Mixed Berry Yonanas onto

thawed in their natural juice

3 oz frozen spiced pumpkin cubes

Directions:
Spiced Pumpkin Cubes: In a bowl combine one 15 oz can
pumpkin puree with 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp ground
cinnamon and 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg. Spoon spiced
pumpkin puree into ice cube trays and freeze. One

Directions:
Cannoli Cubes: 1 container ricotta cheese (about 2 cups),
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar, 1/4 cup mini semisweet
chocolate chips, 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1/2
teaspoon orange zest and 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest

With an electric mixer beat ricotta and sugar until fluffy.


Stir in chocolate chips, vanilla, orange zest and lemon
zest. Spoon into ice cube tray and freeze for 24 hours.

3 ) Alternate remaining ingredients
