THE LEASE is made this first day of January, Two Thousand and Nineteen. Between Jack
Smith of Georgetown, Guyana of one part and Allison Persaud of Ogle, (hereafter called
the ‘lessee’) of the other part.
NOW THIS LEASE WITHNESSETH as follows------------------------------------------------------------
THE LESSOR hereby dismisses unto the lessee ALL THAT piece or parcel of land
measuring 1500 meters by Two hundred metres having a frontage of forty metres to the
public road for the purpose of constructing a Day Care Centre-----------------------
TO HOLD the demised estate unto the Lessee for the term of Twenty Years from the first
day of March Two Thousand and Twenty PAYING therefore unto the Lessor during the
said term the yearly rent of fifty Thousand Dollars on the eleventh day of December in
every year, the first such payments being made on the Third day of December Two
Thousand and Twenty.
