When my prep teacher introduced me as a teacher assistant, I was eager

to help other students with their studies. I was immediately greeted with
smiles and questions even though I was nervous and I was able to interact
with various students from di erent schools. Being socially quiet and shy, I
wanted to be the person that can talk to anyone no matter what
background. Compared to the toxic environment at school where students
care more about their grades than their friends. I was able to socialize with
people without being discriminated against by grades. Volunteering at the
prep for around a year, I realized that a community that focuses on
collaboration is not only healthier for all involved but also more enjoyable
to be a part of. I have worked to be inclusive of new students, making
them feel at home when they study. I believe that small actions like these
can foster memorable moments during a time of stress.

Ahhh I’m nally done with college stu . It feels so nice to be done
with Eds and Eas, a long road but nally comes to an end. I had a
lot of friends to help me and people to guide me. I am really
grateful that they have spent hours and hours guiding me through
this grueling process. While I have slack o in school abit due to
this stress, I hope I can pull it through and get into the college I
wanna get to. The last couple of weeks I have been the most
organized and productive I have ever been and it felt nice doing
so. I was able to follow my schedule and work towards my goal
everyday and be able to relax, play, and have fun while doing so.

I hate the equations,

Even though he makes it sound like an occasion.

I don't know what formulas to use,

Nor do I know which excuse I should use.

Kinematics, forces, electrostat all sound stupid.

When I try to listen to the teacher he sounds muted.

I know I am making excuses,

But I really do know how his view is.

The teacher is bad.

We all think he is mad.

I just need another comrade

To leave this sad class.

Well at least it's senior year.

At the end I can nally cheer.

9. Keith herring

Harings’s art has really inspired me. The simplicity of the Art
contrast with the symbolic and complex colors is really visually
appealing and unique. The many of his paintings are di erent but
also give the same vibe. Owning a lot of clothes that have his
design, this is my favorite design from him. This drawing
represents two di erent people putting away their di erences and
coming together to be friends.
