    DESCRIPTION / QUESTION
    After the installation of the FlySmart Gateway, we tried to connect with iPad in order to make sure
    everything works properly but we received an error message:
    “Retrieved data from server are not conform.
    Check the server address.”

    SOLUTION / ANSWER
    This message usually occurs when your iPad successfully connects to the Gateway but no
    Release is available for the user to download:
    - When your Gateway is empty : you created no Release successfully yet
    - When you did not publish any Release and you are using an Operational user.
    Keep in mind that if you only have a Release with status SUCCESS (for test purpose), you need to
    use a user with a TEST account.
