    ASSIGNMENT 1

    MPCS7103 Corporate Govt.&CSR : Assignment 1 (30%) Here is the guidelines:

    1. Choose a topics of your subject in CSR. For example the topic you choose:

    a) The new frontiers for corporate governance: Challenges and oppurtunity.

    b) Corporate governance: issues and challenges.

    c) The important CSR to an organization: Challenges and Opportunity

    1. The content of your writting should be:

    2. Definition of the terms given in your topic

    3. The factors contribute or bring effect

    4. The important of the issues to organization, society and country.

    5. Several issues in your topic

    6. Example of the company or organization

    7. Your suggestion and recommendation overcome those issues

    1. You are require10 articles of any research that study on this subject area. 2. You can google it
    online to get the articles from the journal that already published by the previous researcher.

    1. The topic of the article and the writer.

    2. Write the abstract follow this format:

    a. The objevtive of the study.

    b. The instrument used to collect the data.

    c. The respondents and organization involve in the study.

    d. Method of sampling used.

    e. What statistical used to analyze the data.

    f. The finding/result of the research.

    g. The implication of the study.

    3. Summary of the introduction.

    4. Summary follow the sequence in the writing of the article.

    d. Conclusion.
