Ingredients :

125 gr Red Cabbage ( finely shreded )

125 gr White Cabbage ( finely shredded )
2 ea Large Carrots ( finely shredded )
1 ea Onion ( finely chopped )
1 ea Sweet Green Pepper ( thinly slice )
15 cl Mayonnaise
0,5 ea Lemon ( juice strained )

Method :
·         Layer the cabbage in a bowl, sprinkling each layer with salt ( 2 tsb ), then leave to step for
·         Wipe off all of moisture then put the cabbages into a salad bowl
·         Add carrots, onion, bell pepper, mixed well
·         Add the mayonnaise and stir to the mixture
·         Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper
·         Stir well until the vegetables are evenly coated with the mayonnaise
·         Cover and chill in refrigerator until required
