 VERTICAL CHANNELS
The vertical sphere is the number of network level from raw material to final product and
supply in which a company will contribute.

SWOT Analysis
SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, and so a SWOT Analysis
is a method for measuring these four features of your business.
You can use SWOT Analysis to make the maximum of what you've got, to your company’s best
benefit. And you can decrease the chances of failure, by understanding what you're lacking.

 FOCUS: Strategy reached by industries and business to concern themselves with the
identification of position market and introducing a unique product or service in market.

 DIFFERENTIATION: Strategies reached by businesses and industries on achieving


greater performance valued by a big part of market.

 OVERALL COST LEADERSHIP: Strategy reached by businesses and industries to


effort hard to the lowermost production and distribution price so they can price lower
than their challengers and achieve mass consumer market.
