Save the planet!


March was all about the environment!

We organised an exhibition with objects


made of recycled material, like paper,
glass, plastic and aluminium!

Pandora Terzidou, Catherine Demetri-


adou and Sophia Hnouda from E2 class
prepared a small video about recycling!

E1 class’s recycle exhibition!


Also, pupils from E2 class made a demon-
stration about the environment! They
tried to persuade all pupils in school to do
something about our planet!

F’ class did amazing things too! They made collages of the
Dutch painter Van Gogh and the French Paul Gauguin!

Lunch Time with a delicious Asian recipe! Yummy!

Miss Terpsi’s Shrimp Noodles

Ingredients (for 4 people) :

 a packet of noodles (250 gr)

 half a kilo shrimps

 5 big mushrooms

 5 spring onions

 1 normal onion

 a jar of bamboo

 2 green or red peppers

 a jar of sweet & sour sauce (γλυκόξινη σάλτσα)

 salt, pepper, curry ,olive oil

Directions:

Chop all vegetables in really small pieces and sprinkle them with salt, pepper and curry.

Boil the noodles in 250 gr of water for 3 minutes.

Add some olive oil in a wok (or a large frying pan) and put all vegetables in. Let them cook
for about 10 minutes. Add the shrimps and then cook for 5 more minutes.

Add the sauce and the noodles in the frying pan and mix all ingredients together.

Enjoy this fantastic meal, and don’t forget to bring some in classroom!
