I am impleading respondent CITIGLOBAL for its unsound real estate practices, particularly for
fraudulent misrepresentation in selling their condominium unit, narrated herein, and
consequently, to refund payments made on the basis of such misrepresentation;

1. Sometime in September 2015, an employee of CITIGLOBAL named JON EDWARD

PETROLLADO approached us and told us about a condominium unit, which is pre-selling
at a good price that time.

2. Then after, I chose TCRS Cypress 4th floor 1st Unit and I am told that, the turnover would
be 4 years after which is 2019, and told us that we have to be ready and get a loan at
that time to be ready for the turn over.

3. They told me in advance that I have to prepare my paper in applying for a loan so that I
would be able to pay for the remaining balance for the turn over. After I completed the
down payment which cost totally more or less one million pesos (P1,000,000) the year
2019, I am lately informed that the turnover would be delayed and that the original 4
buildings that they were planning to build, became 8 while they haven’t finished even 1
building yet since their pre-selling started since 2015.

4. They are now obliging me to continue paying monthly even though the building or unit,
which is, I’m paying for, the Cypress 4-1 Building have not even started yet.

5. I have my contract to sell and my payment receipts since September 2015 to prove my
completed down payment, which cost more or less one million pesos (P1, 000,000).

6. I also have copies of my email conversation with the CITIGLOBAL Customer Support or
Manager.
 7. The misrepresentations committed by the project developer, CITIGLOBAL REALTY AND
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION in selling their condominiums, has caused great
inconvenience and damage on my part;

8. To date, I have completed my down payment for one unit, which sums a total of Php
1,000,000 more or less.

9. I am now currently in Norway and but I willing to send a representative to submit

additional documents and willing to undergo interview for additional information about
my complaint.

10. All told, up to this date, the situation has not been remedied by CITIGLOBAL.

11. On this note, I am writing complaint for the purpose of attesting to the truth of the
foregoing statements, to inform the proper authorities of the above facts to support my
Complaint against CITIGLOBAL and for whatever purpose this may serve best;

Therefore in the light of the foregoing statements, it is respectfully prayed of your Office that
the instant complaint against CITIGLOBAL be investigated given due course, and that an Order
be issued penalizing CITIGLOBAL in accordance with the provisions of law, ordering the
compensation or refund for the total sum of payments I completed.
