Terms & Conditions – Yearend Spend Campaign October 2019 (“the

Offer”)

1. This Offer is applicable only to selected FAB Credit Card customers (Cardholder(s)) to whom the Offer has been
communicated. Any FAB Credit Card customer who did not receive the Offer directly is considered to be ineligible for
the Offer.

2. To be eligible for the Offer, Cardholders must successfully register by sending the SMS ‘SPND’ to 2121.

3. This Offer is valid for all retail transactions only (Eligible Transactions). Disputed and reversed transactions will not be
considered for spend calculations.

4. The Offer is valid for transactions between 15 October 2019 and 15 January 2020 (Offer Period).

5. Reversals during the Offer Period for transactions made prior or during the Offer Period will be considered as reversals
for spend benefit

6. To be eligible for Noon.com voucher Cardholders need to achieve monthly spend targets as communicated. Spending
months will be calculated as:

o Month 1: 15 October 2019 to 14 November 2019

o Month 2: 15 November 2019 to 14 December 2019

o Month 3: 15 December 2019 to 15 January 2020

7. Communicated value of Noon.com voucher code will be awarded to Cardholders upon achieving target spends within
the Offer Period.

8. Voucher code will be sent to Cardholders via registered FAB mobile number.

9. Cardholders need to add received Noon.com voucher code in Noon Credits and can use it partially or in full.
10. Noon.com voucher code will be valid for 6 months from issuance date.
11. Any disputes related to voucher code redemption, Noon credits, products purchased should be dealt between
Cardholders and Noon.com customer service.

12. Eligible Transactions made with a Cardholders’ supplementary FAB credit card will be aggregated with the Eligible
Transactions made by the Cardholder on the primary credit card.

13. The eligible value of Noon.com voucher code will be send by SMS to customer within 60 days from the end of the Offer
Period.

14. Noon.com voucher code cannot be exchanged for any other rewards or cash, and is not replaceable or transferable under
any circumstances.
15. During the Offer Period, the Cardholder’s credit card must be active, in good standing, not overdue or over limit and
payments must be made regularly to be eligible for Noon.com voucher code
16. FAB may, at its sole discretion, exclude any card from the offer, including and not limited to cards with unsatisfactory
payments, company related purchases, terminated cards etc.
17. This offer cannot be clubbed in conjunction with another active spends offer during the Offer Period unless specifically
communicate by FAB
18. FAB’s Master Credit Card Conditions are in addition to terms of this offer.
