Sub: - Permanent Registration and Renewal of Dentists (criteria based) through email.

The Telangana State Dental Council invites applications, for permanent registration and renewal,
through email from the Dentists in the State of Telangana.

The registration / renewal through this channel is strictly restricted to those in need of registration on
emergency /urgent basis. A valid supporting document should be submitted by the dentist who wishes to apply
through this channel.

Supporting documents accepted:

• College admission letter (for MDS students)

• College / University enrollment / admission letter for those seeking admission in Colleges / Universities
outside India
• Bank loan application / document signed by concerned bank officials, with bank seal
• Job / Interview offer letter issued by concerned authorities

Successfully registered candidates will be issued an acknowledgement that can be used as proof of
registration / renewal.

All the candidates registered through this channel should visit the Telangana State Dental Council,
when the office re-opens, and submit proper application along with all necessary enclosures for registration /
renewal as Dentist. The acknowledgement issued through this channel will become invalid once the candidate
receives the certificate from the TSDC office in future.
NOTE:

• Applicants who finished internship before 01/08/2019 should submit a notarized affidavit on twenty
rupees non-judicial stamp paper (Click the link for affidavit format: https://cutt.ly/qyLqrY0).
• Dentists who wish to get transferred to Telangana from other states should not apply with expired NOCs.

Guidelines for registration / renewal through email:

• The email should be formally addressed to the Registrar, Telangana State Dental Council and sent to
registrar.tsdc@gmail.com
• Any informal email requests, without subject and formal addressing, will be rejected without further
notice.
• The candidate should provide valid reason for applying through this channel.
• Candidate should submit fully filled and signed application form (links provided below).

• All the enclosures should be in PDF or JPG/JPEG format with clearly visible content and properly cropped
to the edges of the document and should not display any other unwanted objects.
• All attachments must be collaged into a single PDF or image.
• Incomplete applications will be rejected.
• Applications without valid supporting document will be rejected.
• Applications with multiple enclosure attachments will be rejected.
• Applications containing attachments with poor quality will be rejected.
• Applications containing attachments where content cannot be easily appreciated / read will be rejected.

Fees for various services provided through this channel:

1. For new Permanent Registration as Dentist: ₹2100/-

2. For renewal as Dentist for the year 2020:

BDS degree holder: ₹400/-
MDS degree holder: ₹450/-

3. For Transfer BDS: ₹400/-

4. For Transfer MDS: ₹450/-

5. For transfer BDS + New MDS registration: ₹1400/-

6. For Good standing certificate: ₹1100/-
