MODULE EVALUATION

You have come to the assessment of this module as an aid in


teaching you the proper way of doing your documentation. Your
responses will be of great help in developing future modules and
improvement of existing modes of teaching.

What is the most important lesson that you gained from this
module that you can use as future Ignatian nurses?
- I learned that it is very important to properly placed the
materials/equipment inside the bag from most
convenient. It is also important to do hand hygiene
before taking any materials inside the bag.

Give at least two (2) significant relation of learning how to do


proper bag technique in your everyday living and as a nursing
student?
- Doing bag technique is like preparing food, wherein one
has to make sure that everything is clean and well.
- Doing bag technique is like prioritizing things, wherein
one has to put and do things that are more necessary.

What are your recommendations/suggestions on how to


improve this module as aid in honing your bag technique
skills?
- I think providing examples of a real-life scenario about
bag technique (before, during and after the visit) that
might happen in the community and what would be
the possible response to it.
