PRESENTER GUIDELINES

A TUTORIAL HOW TO MAKE VIDEO PRESENTATION


1. Presenters have to make a video presentation. The video presentation should follow
these rules:

2. The PPT slides must include items as follows: Title, Introduction, Research Method,
Results and Discussion, and Conclusion.
3. Presenters can freely use various software to make their videos presentation, but we
highly recommend to use ZOOM SOFTWARE.
4. Presenters can see the tutorial of video presentation making by using ZOOM
SOFTWARE, which has been provided by the committee. The tutorial video will be
uploaded on ISSE UNY Official Youtube Channel at 17th November 2020. ISSE UNY

5. Tutorial of video presentation making by using zoom application:
a. Make sure that you have installed a zoom application on your laptop or computer.
You can download it from https://zoom.us/download.
b. Sign in to your zoom account.
c. Click setting (Gear Icon)
d. Click the “Video” button and make sure your camera is working.

e. Click the “Audio” button and ensure your audio is working. To check the audio,
click the “Test Mic” button.
f. Click the “Share Screen” button and ensure your share screen can be open.

g. Click the “Recording” button and make sure that the option of “Record video
during screen sharing” is On.
h. Back to “Home” and you can start a “New Meeting”.

i. Turn on your audio (mic) and video (camera). Make sure the zoom application is
recording by clicking the “Record” button.
j. Click the “Share Screen” and find your PPT.
k. Start your presentation and put your camera on the right top.

l. When you finish your presentation, you can click the “Stop Share” icon (on the top).
m. Click the“Stop Recording” icon (on the bottom).

n. Click the “End” button and choose “End Meeting for All”.
o. Zoom will convert your recording file into 3 types of files, open your folder and
search those files to make sure your recording is saved.
p. Make sure your video format is .mp4.
q. Rename the video file into:
Scope Code_Your Name_Video
Example: SEL_Musawwir Usman_Video

6. Upload your video to the website, by clicking the link below:
http://isse.uny.ac.id/user
7. Log in to your account and upload your video presentation by following the steps
below:
a. Click the “Paper File” option on the “User Menu” and click “Edit”.
b. Scroll down the website to the “Upload Presentation File” and “Upload Video”
sections. Upload your PPT file on the “Upload Presentation File” section and your
video presentation file on the “Upload Video” section.
c. Click the “Choose File” button in the “Upload Presentation File” section.

d. Find your PPT file, select it, and click the “Open” button.

e. Click the “Upload” button.


f. Click the “Choose File” button in the “Upload Video” section.

g. Find your presentation video file, select it, and click the “Open” button.

h. Click the “Upload” button.


i. Make sure that your PPT and video presentation files have been uploaded.
j. Click the “Save” button.

8. The deadline for uploading the video presentation is on November 22nd 2020.
