The undersigned are conducting a research entitled, “CONCEPT ON BURNOUT BY

TEACHERS DURING NEW NORMAL EDUCATION: A PHENOMENOLOGY”. The
purpose of this study is to describe the burnout patterns, the perceived effects if left
unresolved, and the possible means of alleviating burnout. This study involved teachers
who have been identified as exhibiting the symptoms of burnouts in UM Tagum Campus.
