ADDENDUM TO DM OSDS NO. 022, S. 2021 ON MEETING ON THE

RATIFICATION OF SCASSA BY-LAWS

All Others Concerned

1. In reference to Division Memorandum OSDS No. 022, s. 2021 entitled

Meeting on the Ratification of SCASSA By-Laws dated 20 January 2021, food
expenses of the participants shall also be chargeable against School MOOE or local
funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

2 All other provisions in the previously issued memorandum shall remain

enforced and in effect.

3. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is directed.
