Business Team will make available at least one SPOC on the Business Team's side. Ideally
the person should be Philips Employee and has extensive experience in legacy non-SAP
ActMan System.

The effort and skill requird to establish methodlogy, sub-processes and way of working for
non-SAP Process Steps has been excluded.

The project team members can give a overall solution design for the above step. They have
the skill to give this solution in Standard MS Office Tools like MS Excel. For this it will be
additional effort and increase in timeline

In case certain other non-SAP technologies are to used then these are out of scope. Their
inclusion depends on outcome that will crystallize half way in the build stage. This will have
medium level impact on effort and time line. The decision to include in this project team
can only be taken at that stage

It is desirable, all project team members will be given a congruent office space close to
each other when in one city

When on business site, so as to promote best interaction, Project team members will be
