1. Each period has a different number of lab assistants. Write the names of your period’s lab assistants at the top of each column.
2. Rate each lab assistant’s demo on a scale of 1(lowest) to 5 (highest).
3. Underneath the form, again write each lab assistant’s name. After each of their names, write two observations:
a. Two things the lab assistant did well
b. Two constructive suggestions.

A. One thing that the lab assistant did extremely well was the execution of the demo; not only was the demo done easily, but it
was also proficient yet easy to understand. The lab assistant also gave out valuable, relevant questions for us to answer,
which was good.
B. One suggestion I would make for this particular demo would be to let the students ask questions should there be any. I
understand that time may be an issue but allowing for at least one or two questions would be great. Another suggestion for
the experiment would be to try to see if more liquids could be added on top of the current ones, to see if it’d keep going or if
it’d stop eventually.
