JUDGES’ PROFILE

REBECCA G. YUSE

Our first judge is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Leyte Institute of
Technology which is now the Eastern Visayas State University. She earned her Masters in
Management at Asian Development Foundation College. She is the Assistant District
Engineer of Tacloban City District Engineering Office.

Let us all give a round of applause to our very young-looking Assistant District Engineer,
Engr. Rebecca G. Yuse.

GERALD A. PACANAN

Our next judge is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Leyte Institute of
Technology and a graduate of Bachelor of Laws from Dr. Vicente Romualdez Education
Foundation. He also has a Masters in Public Resource Management.

He is presently the District Engineer of Leyte II District Engineering Office, Carigara, Leyte.

EUSEBIO T. CULAS

Our next judge is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Divine Word
University and Master in Management from Palompon Institute of Technology.

He is presently the District Engineer of Leyte V District Engineering Office, Baybay City,
Leyte. A round of applause to the very generous and all-giving District Engineer, Eusebio T.
Culas.

ERIC A. AYAPANA

Our next judge is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Far Eastern
University and another Bachelor’s degree in Sanitary Engineering from National University.
He earned his Masters in Management at Southern Luzon State University.

A round of applause to our tall, fair and equally handsome Assistant Regional Director,
Sir Eric A. Ayapana, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Judges.

NERIE D. BUENO

Our next judge is a graduate of Bachelor of Science of Civil Engineering from University of
Sto. Tomas and earned his Master of Arts in Public Administration from Baguio Central
University. She is a licensed Civil Engineer, a licensed Master Plumber, Career Service
Professional, has Career Service Executive Eligibility and Career Executive Service Officer
Rank IV.
