• This course is designed to apply the principles of pharmaceutical analysis in the evaluation of drugs
and drug products.

• The course covers methods in utilizing titrimetric analyses as required by pharmacopeial standards.

Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry (Lec & Lab)

) • This course is intended to provide understanding of the principles and concepts of organic chemistry.
• It also includes classical and modern laboratory techniques in handling, preparing, separating,
purifying, identifying and characterizing organic compounds.

• The course covers the chemistry of carbon-containing compounds, their structure, nomenclature,
physicochemical properties, and application to pharmacy.

Human Physiology & Pathophysiology (Lec & Lab)

• This course is designed to introduce the fundamental concepts of body functions both in normal and
diseased states to maintain homeostasis. • This course will give emphasis on understanding the
relationship among different levels of body functions from molecular to systemic level in normal
conditions and diseased states.
