Subject: Resuming domestic flights in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reference: Article 23 of the Civil Aviation Act. Background: In preparation for gradual operation phase of the air flights after suspending all air flights, and taking mandatory preventive measures on all air carriers. Instructions: All airlines must comply with the following: 1. Resumption of all (domestic) air flights in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as detailed jn attached ducoment starting on Sunday 31/05/2020. 2. First fight departs at 8 am every day. 3. Last flight departs at 6 pm every day. 4. PAX boarding and disembarking must be through jetways. In accordance with Ministry of Health and GACA mandatory requirements on clean, disinfecting, and sterilizing the aircrafts between flight: ‘Minimum 100 minutes turnaround for narrow body aircrafts. Minimum 145 minutes turnaround for wide body aircrafts. General Note: During passenger flights, there must be an empty seat between each two seats in economy class in order to maintain social distancing, giving the aircraft a range between 50% to 70% load factor. First and business lass does not require seat separation.
