I am Mercy E. Panganiban and I was born on July 05, 1994 in Magassi, Cabagan, Isabela. I
am writing to you to testify that I have known Joma P. Esguerra for 24 years as she is my
cousin in my father side. My father Manuel D. Esguerra and Marcos D. Esguerra are
brothers. Joma and I lived in the same neighborhood. I can vouch for her and say that she
