Versatility Reduced management costs:

Discharges both slow (through cranes) and fast, distant from charging point,
need of fractioned productions,
work sites where it is not possible to install traditional plants.
Everything with the best in quality and safety
Simplicity of charging:
– Using a traditional batching plant
– Or charging:
• Aggregates: with a loader, backhoe, digger, etc.
• Cement: silos with screw or pneumatic charging.
• Water: through pump or tanker.
– Optimizing charging equipment it is possible to fully load
under 3-4 minutes.
Greater transport:
– The weight of a Blend is half a normal mixer truck.
– The E - Series can transport up to 2,5 m3 more of concrete.
Fuel consumption is greatly reduced, the E - Series need to take power power, circa 40 kW,
from PTO, or auxiliary engine, only when producing. During charging, transport, halts, it
doesn’t need to use power.
– Low Center of gravity and optimal weight distribution allows the E - Series to halve tire
consumption of a normal mixer truck.
– Maintenance is greatly reduced since mechanical and hydraulic components are used a
tenth of the time compared to mixer trucks.
Fleet management:
– The E - Series through its settings reduce idle times of mixer trucks:
• No charging queues. A Blend can be charged for the following day.
• Can transport aggregates when not producing.
• Used as salt spreader during winter, etc.
