There are people who have never read the Bible yet know and argue for the

existence of God. For

Aquinas, this is so because human beings have natural knowledge of knowing God, but how can we
rationally demonstrate His existence? For Aquinas, there must be no infinite regress of things existing
and so there must be one who started the motion of everything and that is God. He examined God's
existence through natural beings. If we try to look at how we experience things or nature we will also
look at the ultimate explanation of it all. In simple terms, the existence of invisible cause and visible
effects. Because there must have been a time when there is nothing. Then there also has been a time
when that being started the motion, that is God himself, the unmoved mover, the uncaused causer, the
only necessary being, the pinnacle of perfection and the designer.
