I am writing this letter to request for budget approval regarding for the Triumph’s Photo Shoot 2022
which will tentatively commence on January 2022.

With my recent negotiations with DWD Multimedia, we have discussed certain matters regarding the
photoshoot contract. Upon careful consideration, I and the Triumph Team decided to request for a
budget for the Photoshoot 2022 of Three Hundred-Fifty Thousand Pesos (P350,000.00). The proposed
breakdown of the requested budget is discussed in detail in the next page of this document. Also, I have
attached the copy of packages prices of the DWD Multimedia services.

Kindly let me know if you have questions or suggestions regarding the budget proposal for the Triumph
Photo Shoot 2022 so that we may discuss the details further. Should you have concerns with this

FREE SERVICES FOR THE GRADUATES AND FOR AGSB:

DWB Multimedia shall provide AGSB 2018 with the following products and services FREE of CHARGE.

1. CD/DVD OF GRADUATES All pictures taken of the graduate will be given in a CD or DVD to the
graduates at the end of his/her photo shoot.
2. FOR AGSB ARCHIVE All pictures taken of the students during the photoshoot and the graduation
ceremony will be given to AGSB for archiving
3. FREE PHOTOSHOOT PACKAGE (one 5R and four 3Rs) for AGSB OFFICIALS, FACULTY and ADMIN
STAFF. A special day can be scheduled for these people.
4. VIDEO COVERAGE FREE Video Coverage of Graduation Ceremonies inclusive of 3 Videographers with
a three Minutes Highlights Edited Video to be played at the end of the graduation ceremonies (if
needed).
5. BATCH PHOTO SHOOT FREE Batch Photoshoot for AGSB 2018 Graduating Batch with 2 pcs. 16x20
Prints with Frames.
6. FREE FOR MEDALISTS FREE Photoshoot of Medalists with parents and one 5R printout
7. IMMEDIATE VIEWING Graduates can view and choose the pictures of their choices immediately
after the shoot. Option for On-the-Spot simple photoshop of chosen pictures-
8. OFF CAMPUS GRADUATES PHOTOSHOOT For graduates of off-site campus, Cebu, Iloilo, Santa Rosa,
Clark, DWB will set up studio in Clark and Santa Rosa to accommodate the graduates there. For Cebu
and Iloilo, if there are at least 10 graduates or if the students are willing to pay for the airfare and
one day hotel, I and my assistant will fly there to photograph the graduates.
9. FREE SCHOOL EVENTS PHOTO COVERAGE or WHATEVER PHOTOS OR ANY PHOTOS NEEDED BY THE
SCHOOL FOR USE IN PUBLICATION OR WEBSITE.
