CHEESE BARS CHOCOLATE REVEL BARS

Recipe: Recipe:
565g All-purpose flour (4-1/2cups) 3 c instant oatmeal
1tsp Baking Powder 2 1/2 c all purpose flour
227g Butter or Margarine (1 cup) 1 teaspoon baking soda
301g Granulated White Sugar (1-1/2cup) 1/2 teaspoon salt
380g Condensed Milk (1 can) ----------------
165g Grated Cheese (1 bar) 1 c unsalted butter (i used baker's best margarine)
Procedure: 2 c light brown sugar

Note:

chocolate mixture should be dry on the outside but soft
on the inside.
Cool completely before slicing it into bars or better leave
at least overnight.
