Reflective Essay

Based on the first video, the one thing that I’ve learned is that when employers asks you to describe
yourself, it is not really your personal information they’re after. The things they want to know is what type of
worker are you, how you respond to certain scenarios, and most importantly, your skill set. This questions
is the perfect opportunity to make a great first impression and present yourself positively.

The second video, on the other hand, tells me about how I should respond when asked about my
weaknesses. I realized from this video that when you are asked about your weaknesses, you should tell
them the skills or traits that you have which needs improvement or training. Somehow, you are presenting
your negative characteristics in a positive way.
