· Provide Dulux gloss paint system to internal timber works
· Provide Dulux paint system to external eaves and porches

25. EXCLUSIONS
· Unless specified in this tender, No Allowance has been made for any external steps
or Landings if required.
Due to Workplace Health and Safety and public liability restrictions no works are to be
• carried out by the client or the client's sub-contractor during the period of construction.
Should the client (or his contractor) carry out any such unauthorised works, damage or
delays, the builder may charge the client as is appropriate to recover any associated costs.
MarkQ will take no responsibility for any verbal discussions or instructions. All changes and
• special inclusions must be documented in writing.
• The tender price is GST inclusive.
